After counting more than 1,000 ballots from Jugada a 3 bandas’ Public Award, the exhibition "Storymakers”, curated by Carlos Delgado Mayordomo at Paula Alonso Gallery in Madrid, has become the show more valued by visitors.
“Storymakers” brings together the work of four artists who propose their narrative discourses and explore the pertinence of continuing to tell stories in our current context of unprecedented visual density. In the face of the constant flood of crowded and incomplete images that configure a horizon overloaded with information, Chema López, Nacho Martín Silva, Marina Núñez and José Luis Serzo propose a space that criticizes traditional representations of the real and serves to dismantle the air of trustworthiness that supports them.
Absolut Vodka, through its Absolut Art program, will buy, as a reward, art work worth 1,500 euros in this exhibition, and will produce a video-CV to the artist of the acquired piece.
On the other hand, one of ballots for the award has been selected by drawn, in the presence of a notary. The winner, Miguel Mendoza Guerrero, will receive 1,500 euros to buy artwork at any participating gallery of Jugada a Tres Bandas.

Opening of the exhibition with the artists Nacho Martín Silva, Chema Lopez, Marina Núñez and José Luis Serzo; the gallerist Paula Alonso; the curator Carlos Delgado Mayordomo, and Ana Robledillo (Paula Alonso Gallery).
